What we collect

When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. If we work together, we also handle the content assets you send us — footage, photos, captions, offers — and the account access needed to schedule and publish on your behalf.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to deliver the work we have agreed on, and to keep a record of what was published and how it performed.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it outside the tools we use to do the work, such as storage, editing and scheduling platforms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wardensocial.com and we’ll take care of it.
